- Chemical clean Condenser coils with Nu Calgon (Water source access required)
- Chemical clean Evaporator coils with Nu Calgon (EVAP Foam/Black Hawk – No rinse)
- Nu Calgon Pan Treat tablets to prevent sludge buildup and drain clogging
- Blow out drain with CO2/Nitrogen
- Replace air filters (No extra cost)
- Replace condensate acid removal filter (No extra cost)
- Disassemble, clean & flush condensate pumps
- Check thermostat/sensor accuracy & operation (Replace batteries if required)
- Measure & record discharge air temperatures (Per system)
- Check & secure all electrical connections within the systems cabinet/circuitry
- Check & replace Indoor Blower motor belt
- Check pulley & flywheel condition – Adjust if applicable and record condition
- Grease shaft bearings & motors (If applicable)
- Record compressor operating pressures and amperages
